Residential Manager
As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS), you will oversee the day-to-day operations at 1-3 of our residential homes, similarly to the way you run your own home! Each location has between 1 to 3 clients living in the home. Your time will be split between direct support hours and administrative hours. You will develop and lead your team of Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) to deliver quality services that help support our clients to learn, grow, and live their best possible lives and thrive as members of their community!
FLSs are part of the weekend/Holiday on-call rotation for the agency once trained.
Front Line Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage & Oversee Residential Home
- Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
- Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
- Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
- Encourage and foster individuals’ hobbies and interests
- Provide habilitation & complete documentation
- Engage, Coach, and Develop Team Members
- Supervise employees to ensure they are following Safety and Quality processes and regulations
- Resolves employee issues through problem resolution, communicating job expectations, and appraising job results; counseling, disciplining and coaching employees; coordinating, initiating, and enforcing systems, procedures, and policies
- Tracks absenteeism and timekeeping and maintain schedules
- Maintain Billing
- Clean and safe living environment
- Monthly Petty Cash Ledgers
- Financial Record Reporting
- Monthly Team Contacts
- Proactively assist with the hiring process and training of new employees
- Lead, coordinate, and prioritize tasks, provide all necessary progress reports and trackers as directed by the Program Coordinator
- Daily Documentation checks
- General Event Reports
- Monthly Ownership Responsibilities
Front Line Supervisor Requirements:
- 1 Year experience in a supervisor role preferred
- 2+ Year experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services preferred
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must have High school diploma or GED
- Must have valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Must have personal reliable vehicle required
- Must pass all background checks
- Must have excellent attendance and punctuality and the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications which require a full range of motion and physical strength
Knowledge, Skills, Experience (NOT REQUIRED just nice to have!): We provide free in-service training, however, experience with any of the following is always nice to have!

Salary: $20 per hour
