Your Role

As a Mental Health Therapist at Renewed Vision, you will play a key role in helping clients of all ages and backgrounds achieve their goals. Your work will focus on providing personalized, evidence-based therapeutic services in a professional and inclusive setting.

What You’ll Do

Therapeutic Services:

• Conduct thorough client assessments to create tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using approaches like CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
• Adjust therapeutic interventions as clients grow and evolve.

Case Management:

• Maintain an active caseload and ensure clients receive holistic care.
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate treatment.
• Offer crisis support when needed, prioritizing client safety.

Documentation & Ethics:

• Keep accurate and confidential records aligned with HIPAA standards.
• Ensure all clinical reports and documentation are timely and compliant.
• Uphold ethical standards and respect client autonomy.

Team Collaboration:

• Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
• Foster a culture of mentorship and support among colleagues.

Advocacy & Support:

• Empower clients to navigate mental health systems and access community resources.

What You Bring

Education & Licensure:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active licensure in Nebraska as LIMHP, LMHP, or PLMHP.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism, resilience, and the ability to thrive in challenging situations.
